The AGIQ assessment is the evaluation instrument that determines your AI governance preparedness score and, if you meet the threshold, your certification tier.

What to expect

The AGIQ assessment evaluates governance preparedness across six dimensions. It combines knowledge-based items with scenario-based judgment exercises.
The assessment is not a trivia test. It measures your ability to apply governance principles to real board-level decisions, not your ability to recall definitions.

Scoring

Your AGIQ score (0-200) reflects both knowledge depth and application quality. The score maps to certification tiers:
  • 160-200: ACE.AI credential issued
  • 120-159: ACD.AI credential issued
  • Below 120: Personalized development roadmap provided

After the assessment

Every candidate receives:
  1. Your AGIQ score with dimension-level breakdown
  2. Band placement (Expert, Advanced, Competent, Emerging, or Developing)
  3. Personalized development roadmap identifying specific areas for improvement
  4. Certification credential (if threshold met) with unique ID and registry listing
  5. Standards Crosswalk report mapping your competencies to EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001
Scoring below the certification threshold is not a failure. It is a precise diagnostic. Your development roadmap identifies exactly what to study and practice. Many candidates achieve certification on their second assessment after targeted preparation.
